Good Health Wins and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.

Good Health WINs and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. are proud to continue their impactful partnership, expanding efforts to address public health challenges during the respiratory season. Recognizing the critical need for accurate information, we have transitioned from combating COVID-19 misinformation to a broader campaign that empowers communities to protect themselves against respiratory illnesses like COVID-19, Flu, RSV, and Pneumococcal disease.

As a national leader in health equity and community engagement, Iota Phi Theta has mobilized its vast network of Regions, Graduate, and Undergraduate chapters to support the Good Health WINs initiative. Together with the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) and the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), we are working to ensure that all individuals—especially those in underserved Black and Brown communities—have equitable access to vaccines and resources essential for disease prevention.

This season, our focus extends beyond COVID-19 to promoting awareness, education, and accessibility for all respiratory vaccines. Our efforts include hosting informational sessions, providing culturally relevant resources, and addressing barriers to care. By fostering trust and health literacy, we aim to create healthier communities and reduce health disparities.

Through partnerships, outreach, and advocacy, Iota Phi Theta and Good Health WINs remain dedicated to protecting lives and empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate respiratory health challenges.

Join us in making a difference this respiratory season—because informed communities are healthier communities.
